DC Motor + L298N Driver

The DC Motor converts electrical energy into rotational motion. When used with the L298N motor driver, it can easily be controlled by microcontrollers like Arduino to move forward, reverse, or stop.

How It Works?

The L298N driver module uses H-Bridge circuits to control the direction and speed of DC motors. It can drive two motors simultaneously using PWM signals from an Arduino or other microcontroller.

Key Features

  • Control 2 DC motors independently
  • Supports 5V–35V motor power supply
  • Direction and speed control using Arduino
  • Built-in heat sink and power LED indicators

Applications in Robotics & IoT

DC motors are widely used where continuous rotation and variable speed are required.

Robotic Cars

Enables forward and reverse motion in autonomous vehicles.

Fans & Blowers

Drives rotation in smart cooling or ventilation systems.

Automation Systems

Used in conveyor belts and factory robotics.

Robot Arms

Drives joints and actuators for controlled motion.
